Who We Are

Bill Ren is a serial entrepreneur and brings a unique combination of experiences in technology and business. Bill has helped deliver business solutions to customers in the US, Asia, and Europe.

Before G360, Bill was CEO of Arigo, a venture-backed, supply chain management software company in global sourcing and trade management.

Bill began his career as a software engineer at IBM. He followed his experience as a technologist by getting involved in several startups such as Bowstreet, mValent, and ClearPoint Metrics.

Bill graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with an M.S. in Computer Science. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai University in China.

Todd Nash joined G360 in 2024 as a subject matter expert. He is focused on business development, informing product functionality to ensure customer needs are solved via G360’s one-stop data solutions.

Todd has over 28 years of retail and consulting experience in the areas of responsible sourcing and ESG regulatory compliance. He joined The Home Depot in January 2011 as the Director of Responsible Sourcing and worked with internal teams and external supply chain partners to conduct business in an ethical manner. In addition to his work at The Home Depot, he currently serves on the Stakeholder Advisory Board and the Disciplinary Board of Member Auditors for the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA).

Prior to joining The Home Depot, Todd led the Global Product Compliance teams at Amazon.com, he was responsible for regulatory compliance at West Marine, and he partnered with multiple U.S. government agencies as a senior consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton.

A native of Rhode Island, Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island in political science and English. Todd also received his Master of Public Administration degree, with a concentration in environmental policy, from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.

Sara Gray joined G360 in 2012, as Director of Customer Services. She is responsible for translating emergent customer requirements into innovative guideposts for future development, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with the company’s present capabilities.

Sara has over 24 years’ experience in the global retail industry and over 20 years’ experience implementing global sourcing ,supply chain management, responsible sourcing and ESG systems, working with customers like Home Depot, Timberland, Staples, Payless Shoe Source, Target, Hanes Brands, JCPenney, Argos, David Yurman, Dillard’s, and Bon-Ton Stores, Radio Shack, Philips, Meta, Logitech, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and Responsible Minerals Initiative.

Prior to G360, Sara was the Director of Customer Services at Arigo, leading the Customer Success, Implementation and Quality teams.

A Native of Massachusetts, Sara holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from West Virginia State University.

Chen Zhou joined G360 in 2014. He is a seasoned full-stack software architect and technology leader. His expertise has been instrumental in driving innovation within the company’s platform and solutions, streamlining engineering processes for optimal efficiency.

With over 27 years of experience in software development and technical management, Chen brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Before joining G360, he spent more than fourteen years as a veteran consulting member and manager at Oracle USA, where he orchestrated the delivery of multiple projects and applications across various technology platforms. Prior to that, Chen had accumulated years of experience as a software engineer.

Chen holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has also been certified in Management and Leadership from the Greater Boston Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University in China.
